Glycosylation

My research interests would be the glycoengineering. The optimized protein-associated carbohydrate will alter pharmacokinetic properties of proteins. I’d like to develope new computational model of the glycosylation to facilitate the modification of cell glycosylation function to expand glycosylation capacity, reducing heterogeneity, and improving or alter sialylation to prevent lectin-mediated clearance.
