Expansion of genome-scale networks of mammalian metabolism and protein secretion

My research projects mainly focus on expanding existing genome-scale metabolic networks to account for cellular processes such as protein secretion and glycosylation. I’m also developing algorithms for designing more efficient feeding strategies for CHO cell bioprocessing.
