Every year there is lab safety training that must be renewed.
Each year follow these steps:
1. Go to this form http://www-ehs.ucsd.edu/lab/pdf/new_worker_checklist.pdf .
2. Finish ANNUAL LABORATORY HAZARDS, UC LAB SAFETY FUNDAMENTALS by clicking the links, it will redirect you to UC learning center. You may need to use Business Systems account.
3. Print the certificates.
4. Print the form in 1, fill the form. If you don’t know how to fill in, ask Shangzhong.
5. Give Shangzhong the form and certificates.
